Proper methods for obtaining background and credit information about applicants and employees.  Assistance in implementing employee personal financial responsibility in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Assure that company compensation fairly compensates employees through programs which comply with government discrimination standards.

Handle wage/hour audits, provide assistance in salary administration, compensation and incentive compensation.

Create/review  job descriptions to assure that jobs match descriptions and comply with current laws.  Assure proper integration of job descriptions into salary administration program.

Assist company in employing talented, bright obstacle jumpers counsel management regarding its hiring process including interview techniques and personality profiles to ensure the best fit for the job.

Assisting the board to clarify member responsibilities
Providing a method for board member evaluation to facilitate achieving company objectives.

Providing managers with necessary training to implement decisions in all HR areas from hiring to termination techniques.

Utilize my performance appraisal document to equip managers to appropriately and honestly evaluate employee performance.  Performance management training which incorporates a positive approach to discussing positive and negative employee performance.

Counsel Management regarding handling employee grievances to minimize work force problems.
